    Long, long, ago when the penal laws were in Ireland, the English were ruling over us. The soldiers were killing all the young men. I am now going to tell you one story. There is a place in our town land named Seans Cill. There was an old castle there. Near the castle there lived a shoe maker. There were seven great giants in the castle. This is the way they hid. They had a tunnerl made under ground from the road. The soldiers were looking for them so the shoe maker told the story on them. He asked
