   VI Meet place indeed for saints to sleep. A hallowed place in days of yore Where cowled monks did vigil keep And fast and pray—buy now no more. VII You stately ruin with ivy clad The living God did onee enshrine The Living God! And angels glad Kept watch and guard o'er old Cooline. VII And still they watch and still keep guard For many a saint lies resting there Beneath that soft and peaceful sword Or gathered in that house of prayer. IX A place embowered with tree and shade. Where wild flowers bloom as if to say:— "Our homage to the master paid We gladly fade and pass away" X The huntsman horn is heard at eve, His hounds to check and draw away Ardglass re-echoes glad to give Such glorious knell to parting day.
