  1. The names of our neighbours' cows are Rosy, Daisy-blossom, bluebull, Dandy and Drupethorn. Some of them are tied with chains and some of them are stalled. The name of the house that they sleep in is a stall. When we are driving home the cows we say "how, how, how", When we are calling the hens we say "tuck-tuck tuck", and they come to us. Father says, The people long ago used to strike two stones together for to call them The horses are called Paddy, and Bill, and Sally and molly.
    We call calves to their food by saying "Suck Suck Suck" Ducks come by saying "Feen Feen Feen". The sow comes by
