He held dances and parties and t he seven years weren't long going over again and the devil came once more. The man told him to sit on the chair till he was ready. When he was ready he said, "come on now", but when the devil went to get up of the chair he could not so he had to promise to let him go for another seven years. The last time came and the devil brought all the devils he had said "you will have to come this time." But the blacksmith took a little mustard box out of his pocket, if you and yours devils can get into that box till I am ready I will say you are really the devil and I'll go with you he put the lid on the box so that all got crushed and were smothering. The devil called out that he would let the man go for ever if he let them out so the man opened the box and let them go. When he died he went
