  1. The following are some of the names of the field in my district -
The Cructeen or Gortín is owned by my father. It is situated in Curraghmartin.
Barnawillon (Béarna an Mhuilinn) which means gap of the mill, is owned by Richard Delahunty and it is situated in Curraghmartin also.
The Garrdha Phádraig is owned by Joe Fewer and it is situated in Aglish.
The Bán Paor must have belonged to people named Power, but it is now owned by my father.
The Gort an Chabhais is owned by Richard Delahunty and it gets its name from the stepping stones that cross the stream which flows by it.
The Talla Botais (Talamh Bóthair) is owned by Richard Delahunty and it is situated on the side of the road hence its name.
The Páirc na n-Aiteann probably get its name from the furze that grow in it.
Tarraig Ruadh gets its name from the red stones which are found in it.
The Garrdha na Nimhe probably gets its name from the poisonous plant which is found in it.
The Bán Treasna probably gets its name from the path which goes across it.
The Rúadhán is owned by James Grace and it gets its name from the red soil in it.
