    connected with the downland but there are poems connected with the District which I have already mentioned in former Compositions.
    Most of the land is hilly but portion of it is well cultivated and tilled.There are no rivers of any importance except the Arigna river. And the Srután which is the boundary between Roscommon and Leitrim.
