  2. Many years ago two men named Mills and Piccot were fishing in Bowelk lake in a boat. The boat caught in the weeds and was overturned. The two men were drowned before any of the neighbours knew what had happened. Another man named Duffy was in town one day. While he was in town he got drunk and when coming home he was so drunk he drove into a lake known as the White Lake. Some nights before, his father dreamt three times in succession that his son would be drowned. The night he went to town the superstitious father
