    We have a churn at home, it is on a wooden stand, it is on a wooden stand, it is on four feet, it is three feet high and two feet wide it is on an iron axel.
    It is round like a barrel, it is twenty years old, these are the parts, the dash, the frame, and the handle. We churn once a week in the summer and once a two-weeks in the winter.
    My mother churns, it takes one to churn it some times, when a person comes in they take a hand at it.
    It is worked by hand, when it is nearly done she rocks it, you would know when the butter is done because it does be white.
    Then she takes it up in a wooden basin and puts salt on it and puts it away.
