  1. A Ghost Story
    When the Cathedral in Sligo was being built a man from Cregg was working at it. He used to stay in Sligo until the weekend and go home every Saturday. One night he missed the bus to Sligo and started walking towards the Wooden Bridge when a figure in white glided from a bush and walked with him, he said "Good-night", but the Ghost did not answer. The man started running to Sligo but the Ghost still followed him. At last he came to his digs and as soon as he opened the door he fainted. The next morning he went to work all the men were laughing at him and he asked them what was wrong. They told him to look in the looking glass
