wood and he will have all the wood gone on us. The people got up but Mary didn't. She was going to keep sitting but all the people said to her ''get up and come with us.'' She got up and off they went to where the man was cutting the wood.
Mary looked at him very closely and at last she recognised him. He was her husband who was dead four years before. He was cutting the same block four years before when he collapsed and died.
Mary kept on watching him and at last he fell. She went over to him and he was dead. She looked around to see the other people but they were gone, and also the block.
She began to think it was a dream. She took a weakness in her head and died. So that finishes my story and that finished poor Mary Hamilton, whose sister still lives at Ardrum, Ballinamore.
