  1. There was a crowd of men long ago, and they were called the Molly Mc Guires. Their object was to take from the rich, and give to the poor. There were about twenty of them assembled about the Parish of Mohill.
    They used to go together and drill, and have a meeting about every fortnight. Then they would plan to rob some rich farm, or big man as they used to call the old rich
