    Long ago the people eat three meals aday. They used eat potatoes in the morning, stirabout in the after-noon if they had indian meal to make it and stirabout and butter in the evening.
    The people always worked before their first meal in the morning.
    They used to eat potatoes three times a day when they would not have any indian meal for stirabout for indian meal was only got that time in Galway which is eighteen miles away.
    Sometime they had no milk and they would drink water and sugar
