    Eleven pedlars come in and started to buy the ring. At last the girl sold the ring to them for two hundred pounds. The bird flew up the chimney again. The others followed it and soon they came to a man riddling corn. The bird changed into a grain of corn. The birds all started to eat the corn until the came to the last grain. The grain changed into a wolf and ate all the birds. The king and his son had peace after that.
