    seven years that time and the father was glad to get rid of him and he sent him off with the captain. That day seven years the father came to the Strand again to meet the ship.
    As the ship was coming in to him he saw his son throw up apples and cap them on the point of fine nectcles. He was doing many other comical tricks, too. The captain paid the man £100 for the boy's service. So he offered him £100 if he would give him the boy for seven more years and he would teach him all his tricks.
