  1. Croghan Hill is a hill not very far from where I live. In it there is a cave, and this cave leads to a tunnel, and this tunnel continues till it come to a large house called Cavanacor. It does not exactly lead to this house, but it opens some place in the yard.
    Also on this hill there is a rock called the "Tinker's rock" where a tinker is supposed to have ridden over it on his way to Castlefin on a donkey, and he fell right to the foot, where he was killed. There are still streaks to be seen on this rock which are supposed to be blood.
    Right on top of the hill there is a heap of stones, and it is said that round this heap of stones, long ago the Danes used to worship their heathen gods. That was the time that the Danes inhabited Ireland.
