    Excursions were from Derry, Stranolar and Strabane.
    Our ancients sang so beautifully, Our steam-cars loaded all.
    To commemorate old Ninety-eight that day in Donegal.

    Mc Menamin is the hero, let him go where he will,
    He always proved himself a man, When he met Johny Bull.
    Or any of his off-springs, if they would him oppose,
