people of the same surname they will be able to cure him.
    (7) If one has heart fever he goes to someone who has a cure for it. This person fills an eggstand of oatmeal and and [sic] measures the diseased person round the body about the heart with it and if a little hollow appears in the oatmeal the person is sure to have heart fever. Then the one who knows the cure makes six cakes of the same oatmeal and gives them to the sufferer. Telling him to eat them when he returns home. This ceremony is repeated three times and the cure has always been effective.
