    When they were about five minuets they came on the hare the hare went very slow at first but as the hounds increased speed the hare had to hurry her step. Fr Greally and his cousin were standing at the top of the sand pit the hare was coming towards them. It came to the mouth of the sand-pit jumped in and vanished.
