    There are eleven forges in this parish. Their names are: Mahonys, Tarrants, Bunyan, OConnors, Moores, Stacks, Murphys, Moores, Holyoak, Stacks and Buckleys. Mahony's is the forge the people of this district go to. It is near the "Mill Stream" on the side of the public road in the townland of Greenville. The roof is of slate and the door opens in
