   Several people rely on what kind of luck they would have by seeing the mags.
   "One mag for sorrow
   Two for luck
   Three for marriage
   And four for a death."
   If you would hear a mag twittering before you would rise in the morning you would h]get a letter.
   When going to the fair with cattle or any kind of stock and to meet a red-haired woman you might turn back because you would have bad luck.
   If you would find a horse-shoe on the road and to lift it and carry it a bit and then leave it down it would be unlucky.
   If you would find a pin on the road and the point of it pointing towards you it would be very unlucky.
   I can find no superstion as regard to the silver-coin.
   If you would see a new-moon through
