    Running Worm.
    Peter Conaty of Knocknagarton has the cure of a skin disease called the running worm. He is the seventh son of his family. Everybody who suffers from this disease goes to him. He rubs the affected part and prays.
    The fallen palate.
    Mrs Fitzsimons, Beherna has the cure of the fallen palate. Some say that the hair of the top of the head is lifted and prayers are said to bring about this cure.
    Thrush in infants or adults.
    Persons who have been born after their father's deaths have the cure of this complaint. They breathe on the mouth of the sufferer and pray.
    Whooping cough.
    A man named James Lynch of Maghera has the skull of a Bishop who is believed to be a
