  1. The people in olden times ate only three meals a day.
    These meals were called breakfast, dinner, and supper.
    Breakfast was eaten at about six oclock in the morning dinner at about 12.30P.M. and supper at about eight oclock at night.
    Some people worked for hours before their breakfast.
    They ate stir-about for their breakfast and new milk and bitter-milk
