    Michael Fagan aged 45 years told me about the giant and Michael Verdan told me about Edward Kilbride. Michael Verdan is 40 years.
    Peter Harrington was said to be the strongest man in the county and he invited John Fitzimmons Killeen to Willsbrook crossroads. Harrington tried to lift the stone roller three times but he failed every time. Then Fitzimmons said one two three and he lifted the roller on his shoulders in one second. The roller was about 6 cwt weight.
    Tom Fitzmaurice of Killeen carried two horses wheels from Killeen to Ballymore a distance of a mile and a half. He leaped a river and two drains and crossed a plank.
