- There is an old prayer for stopping blood in my district. If a person is bleeding and he says the words of this prayer the blood would stop.
Christ our saviour was born in Bethlehem and Baptized in the river Jordan. The waters were wide and the waters were rude. God spoke these words and the waters stood and so shall the blood in the name of the Father and of the son and of the Holy Ghost Amen.
