The old people had a cure for a burn on the face.

The old people had a cure for a burn on the face.
When a mare would foal the cover that is on the foal would be taken and hung up to dry.
When dry it would be taken down and kept in a box.
If a person got a burn on the face a piece of the dry cover would be put over it.
They believed that it would cure the burn and would not leave any mark.
