  1. Fairy Forts
    In Loughlore there is a round fort with a small hole for a door in it, it is said that the fairies are there always. There is another fort about 14 miles away and some people were supposed to have been near it and the fairies chased them away. It is in the townland of Ballymacadany Cahir.
