    Mr Ahern of Cragg makes horse-shoes ass shoes and he makes gates and repairs ploughs, harrows, and hoes. Mr Ahern's father was a blacksmith. When he died Philip Ahern took his job and he is at it ever since. Philip Ahern is a good blacksmith and he does a good trade in the forge.
