  1. Long ago, the old people used to make different bread towards what the present people make. They used to have potato cake, bock bread and wholemeal bread.
    The potato cake was made by boiling the potatoes, mashing them, putting butter, salt and some butter and flour, there was no soda used.
    Bock bread was made with boiled potatoes, and sometimes raw ones. The old people used to eat very hard bread, and the had very healthy teeth.
