  1. Potatoes are grown on my farm at home but not a very large amount because the land is not very large. The ground is manured before turned up. The potatoes are sown in drills. In the making of these, a spade is used but people who have a large amount of land use a plough. Before the potatoes are ready for setting they must be cut. When they are ready for use they they are put in the drills and are covered with the plough.
    In this district the people help one another in sewing the potatoes. When the
