  1. Bread.
    The people used to make wheaten bread long ago the same as we do now. The ingredients were also different to the ingredients we use now. When they wanted to make a cake of wheaten bread they first would start a fire in the centre of the yard and then they would start mixing their ingredients which were, wheaten flour, salt, yeast and water. When they would have the dough made they would first fix the pot oven and place the cake in this oven. Before they covered the cake they would make a sign of the cross on it.
