    The Christmas Customs of this locality have been handed down to us from our ancestors.
    They are as follows -
    1. Decorating the homes and Churches with holly and ivy and other evergreen plants.
    2. Lighting Christmas Candles in the windows during Christmas night.
    3. Cooking a fat goose or turkey for the Christmas dinner, followed by plum pudding.
    4. Burning the yule log on Christmas night. Mr. Roberts a local gentleman distributes these logs to the Villagers every year regularly.
    5. Christmas boxes -
    It is customary for the shop keepers of this Village to distribute presents to their best customers before Christmas, in the form of pound candles, cakes and sweets.
    6. The little children of this locality believe in Santa Claus, and hang up
