  1. Remains of Raths, Lioses, etc
    (1) The remains of an ancient Ráth may still be seen on the farm of Mr. Patrick Barry, Mondaniel, Rathcormac, Fermoy, Co Cork.
    (2) The circular mound which surrounded an ancient Rath has been planted with fir trees on the lands of Mr. James Higgins, Ballinahina, Fermoy, Co. Cork.
    (3) In the townland of Gortroe, Rathcormac, Co. Cork, on the lands of Mr. John Murphy are the remains of an ancient lios. The field is known as Páirc an Leara and the nearby road is known as Boithrín an Leasa
