    All the old people used to eat Oaten bread made from oaten meal and people then were very strong and healthy.
    People then used to entertain their friends with a cup of new milk and Oaten bread and butter.
    When making cheese, they stayed up all night.
    They ate porridge in the morning with plenty of new milk, potatoes and salt at dinner time, and Oaten bread in the evening.
    Tea was first used over 100 years ago, and any old person that drank it uses to cry for fear of anyone telling the O'Dunnes, because if they heard of the old people drinking tea, they would
