  1. Lime-kilns.
    There are many lime-kilns to be found in this parish.
    One is in our field, and it is about five years ago since lime was burned in it. Not far from this field, there is another in Corbet's and there is also one in Kenny's field in Cloonagh, Clonaslee, Leix.
    In Redmond's of Reary, there is a lime-kiln, where lime is still burned, and people but it, from the man who owns it.
