- Wild Camomile:-
Used as a cure for stomach trouble. The plants are cut in little bits, boiling water is poured on them and left to draw for two or three hours. Half a teacup of extraction to be taken fasting.
Scarlet Pimpernel:-
An infallible cure for kidney trouble:- This concoction is prepared in the same way as the camomile. It should be taken after meals.
Heart's Ease:-
This as the name implies is a cure for heart trouble. It is boiled in milk.
Nettle Juice:-
This is given at the beginning of measles as the saying is to get them out.
