    The juice extracted from camomile flowers is used for reducing swellings.
    To obtain the full effect of Camomile and Heart's Ease they should be pulled (culled) between Big Lady Day and Small Lady Day.
    Dandelion:-
    Boil the dandelion on milk, strain and drink the juice, good for weak heart.
    Watercress eaten with oat cake fasting is said to be able to grow a new heart into a person.
