Ar an leathanach seo
- Long ago there lived a king near the foot of the great hill of Knocknarea. A young son was born for him and the kings druid was called in. He foretold that the child would be drowned and this prophecy was the cause of much sorrow and anguish in the kings house- hold.
For months and months the king kept thinking of what was the best thing to be done under the circumstances and at last he resolved to build another palace on the top of Knocknarea so as to be a way from the sea, the rivers and the lakes and in that way to ensure that the child would be safe and that the prophecy would not come true.(leanann ar an chéad leathanach eile)
