   In song "The Glories of Leitrim" by Father Keegan, the reference to Reynodls and Gannon concerned a Land League meeting at Cloone, Co. Leitrim, during the Land War. The Police in force drew batons to prevent holding of meeting, but the Land Leaguers, led by Reynolds and Gannon, broke through the ranks of police (batons) and held
