One night he was out at twelve o'clock and he heard noise like a shoemaker hammering a shoe so he sneaked up to where he heard the noise and he caught the leipreacan and he told Tom where there was a pot of gold.
Tom dug it up and when he opened the box he found inside a hammer and a last and a little note and it was written on the note that if he worked hard he would get rich so Tom worked the tools and in the end he was richer than if he got gold.
