    The last landlord of this district was George Lane Fox. This man never lived in this district but he lived in London. He had one agent over here to collect all his rents for him. At one time he had Kells to collect his money. Frank La Touche was another agent for this landlord.
    The agents were far worse then the landlord. They used to tell lies on the people.
    When ever they used to see anything new on anyone they were jealous and had this tenant evicted.
