Ar an leathanach seo
- The people of the olden times used only eat two meals in the day, while they use four now-a-days. They went out working often before they ate their meals, they came in and ate their breakfast then. They used porridge and goats milk for their breakfast.
They used oaten-meal cake and goat's milk for their tea in the evening.
The table they used was very much different to the table they use now. They got a pot and left it in the middle of the floor and they left a scib on the top of it. In the middle was placed a plate with dip in it and every one in the house dipped what they ate in it.
