  2. The Care of the Feet

    Some people never wore boots, or shoes. The children at present go barefooted in summer but not all the year round.
    The water used in washing the feet is put to no use, when the feet are washed.
    Boots are not made locally. There are shoemakers in the district.
    Clogs were often worn by the people long ago, in the olden times. They are sometimes worn now-a-days.
    There were clothes tied around the feet in olden times.
