   Is neither good for man nor beast
   In the summer if the swallows fly near the ground it denotes rain. If the swallows fly high it is a sign of good weather.

   14 1 - 2 - 38 If the plough rises in the sky horizontally it will be good weather. If she rises in the sky with her handles pointing up-wards it is a sign of wind and rain. If the plough rises with her handles pointing downwards it is a sign of fog. When the birds fly low it is a sign of bad weather. When the northern lights are seen in the sky it is a sign of bad weather. If it is raining all day, the moon can clear it away when she rises at night. If a new moon comes with her back down-wards it is a sign of good weather.
