   The farmer ploughs the land and a other man harrows and grubs it and when it is fine the farmer opens the drils and when they open the drils they leave it for a week and then they put out the menour in it. The potatoes are set in ridges and some of them in drils and they [?] the potatoes that are in ridges [?] with a spade. And they put the potatoes that are in the drills in with the plough. There is a wooden plough in Mineward Buncrana. The name of the man that has it is Own Brannen. It dos the work no better than the iron plough. The way the potatoes are treated. During the summer is they ris and the way they are ris is the seddle harrow the drills and they grub the bottom of the drill. The drill must be full with
