Ar an leathanach seo

When there is a ring round the moon a storm is expected. The larger the ring the nearer the storm. If the moon comes on a Saturday, bad weather is expected in that month, but if it comes on a Sunday it is said to be even worse as the saying goes:
"Saturdays moon goes three times mad,
And Sunday's moon is twice as bad."
Before frost the stars twinkle and shoot. They also shine very brightly.
