    old tombstones and there is Ogham writing on them. There are some very old tombs in these graveyards and the oldest is over six hundred years erected there.
    There is a burial ground also in Drumroe, which unbaptised children are buried. It is called the "Roiligín". It is still used, but it is very few children that are buried there now a days because they do not die without Baptism. Still born children are buried there. There is another one in the townland of Ballinwilling and it is called "Páirc na gCailíní because still born and unbaptised girls were buried there until recent years.
