    When going to Holy Communion :-
    Ó, a Thighearna, I strike my breast with shame on account of the load of sins I have hidden in my heart unknown to anyone but You. With Your Precious Blood wash my poor soul clean from those sins.
    When going to rest :-
    My God! when Satan comes to torment me, give me grace to drive him away far from me.
