- Bread
In olden times people grew their own wheat and cut and ground it. A scythe was used to cut and a grinding –stone to grind it. The grinding-stone was of two big stones and a machine working them. When the machine is working the go around the wheat is put between the stones and ground. Then it is flour, and bread can be made from it. The flour is put on a board and soda added. Then separated milk is added. It is put in the oven and baked. It is taken out after half an hour and eaten.- Bailitheoir
