The Blessed Virgin, and St Joseph were passing a forge one day.

The Blessed Virgin, and st Joseph were passing a forge one day. The Blessed Virgin went into the forge to get a pin to tie her shawl. The smith said he had no pin but that he would make one. The smith made the pin, and cooled it in the water he had in the forge. The people say from that day to the present day that the water in the forge is blessed.
