    I have no churn at home as we are going to the creamery. I often saw my neighbour's churn. It is about four feet tall. It is five feet in circumference at the bottom and about three feet at the top. It is about sixty years old. The name of the part used for churning is called the dash or the staff. There are three notches on the neck of it to have the lid fit into it. Butter is made once a
